harness and ecu questions

harness and ecu questions
i am putting a 87 22r into a 91 pickup. the pickup came with the efi setup (harness and all the attachements) i found out after looking up the numbers on the ecu, that efi setup is from a 2wd 22re. do i need to get a 4x4 wiring harness and ecu or will this work fine. thanks
