Regular Fluids

I did some searching and found only one answer to my question. I am changing some fluids in my 1988 3vze and I need to know what to use. Motor oil? What weight and how many quarts? Brake fluid? What DOT? Power steering? I found this out but will this work? http://www.autozone.com/autozone/acc...questid=310251
