Interestin squealing noise from transfer case

I have a squealing noise comig from the transfer case (I think) When decelerating in gear you will hear the noise. If I take it out of gear or push in the cluth the noise goes away. It also doesn't make the noise while accelerating. I have just started driving the truck around my shop for little test runs. The truck sat for 3 years and I think it just from rust that may of developed on the gear surface that had no oil. Does this sound like something that will go away with frequint use? I also recently changed the tranny and trans fuild and fround a leak from the companion flange on the trans case.

Mmmmaybe? Then again, it might not. Or it might take along time to. Who knows? I can't imagine too much going wrong from just sitting around for a few years though. There was some oil in there atleast.

That leaky seal probably won't stop leaking though.

Good luck!
