Mystery noise when driving

Hello everyone,
I am new to all this stuff, My 90 Pickup 4x4 22RE w/247XXX miles that I bought a few months ago, makes a pulsing high pitch squealing noise when I am driving. It makes no noise when I am at a stop light, or just turn the truck on. Anyones positive feedback on this situation would very much be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

so you only have this noise when the wheels are spinning while driving? if so that sounds awfully a lot like the brake wear indicators and possibly combined with a warped rotor. I would start by inspecting your brakes. Could be spindles as well, but I do not know how "high pitched" their noise can get.
