What non-oem shifter knob are you running?

I'm in the market for a new shifter knob to replace the oem one on my 86 toyota pickup. I like the TRD shift knob for the FJ Cruisers but it has the 6 speed marking. What are some comparable size ball shift knobs or other shift knobs that will fit the 86 toyota pickup?

I'm running this skull from Canadian Tire - I've had it for a few years now on other vehicles.

Sorry for the crappy picture - crappy camera!

Looks like TRD discontinued the nicest feeling, looking, and leather shift knob ever made. It has a noticeable and distinct feeling that makes shifting all the more pleasurable.

5 years ago, a few members paid $55 shipped in a "group buy" and at basically the same price from brandsport, I might pick up a 2nd one for a spare.
