I have a 93 4x4 ext cab with manual windows and just got a set of doors with power windows but the wiring harness is different then the sr5 i got the doors off. can i modify my wiring harness to fit the doors or do i have to get a completely different wirring harness.

Just what year truck did the doors come from??

People have said the connectors for the door harness should be up under the dash. Be a little stupid to have two cab wiring harnesses the only difference being power windows and door locks

With the Toyota electrical manual for your year truck you should be able to make it work

 

Toyota has done some stupid things in the past... the 80's version trucks and Pickups had all of the wiring for every accessory that was offered in each harness. The SR5 dash upgrade on my 89 Runner was plug and play, I only had to swap the oil pressure switch for an oil pressure sender.
Guys who are doing this swap in the 90's version truck are not so lucky. Though this doesn't happen every time some harnesses are missing the wire from the tach, yet other harnesses are have this wire. I've heard it said "It's the luck of the draw", there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason for all of the harnesses not being the same!
If you got the doors off of this other truck, it's a bit more work but I'd get the door harnesses off of it as well, but that's not all you need. There is also a door control relay located under the dash on the firewall left of the clutch pedal (if you have one). It ties into the integration relay and is fed from the 30a. cassette fuse. You will need that and the associated wiring.
