there is this silver colored can on the side of the motor .....

I'm trying to find out what this shiny thing is on the side of the block. It's located behind the oil filter with a few hoses coming out of it. I believe its leaking and I need to know what seals or gaskets to look for. I would appreciate a answer. I tried tos search ,but i have no clue what to search.

Thanks
Mike

if it's leaking coolant, then it's one of the two lines leaking.

if it's leaking oil, replace the seals, if that don't fix it, find another one to replace it.

Yeah its leaking oil not coolant. Thanks for all your help. I wouldn't be doing this if it wasn't for your help. Hey camo did you get your rebuilt up and running ? I know there was a problem with it stalling .
