are all 95.5-04 ECU Harness Plugs the same?

Hey guys, I am in the beginning process of Turbocharging my 2001 V6 TRD Auto Tacoma, and I need an ECU patch harness to wire in the EMS, and I was wondering if anyone knows if the ECU plugs are the same on all models? There is a patch harness avalible for the V6 but it says it is only for the 95-97' V6 Manual, so I just wanted to see if anyone knew anything about this, thanks.

ALSO if anyone had an ECU PINOUT for the 95-97 V6 manual, that would be just as good, thanks.

In the early years of the Tacomas the plugs were different for manual vs. autos. In 98 they began using universal plugs for both, although the pinouts are different.

Lots of wiring info here.
