New to me 1982 toyota 4x4

here is my "new to me" 1982 toyota pickup. i just got it today. I think it may need some engine work but it was a sweet deal for 500 buck.

yea they came with it lol.
And probably just a rebuild and some cleaning up here and there. ill probably paint it as well. but nothing to crazy. id hate to chop on it beings that its almost rust free lol. the p.o. said the oil pump went out and he thought it spun a bearing. i havent had a chance to crank it up yet due to a dead battery.

Well since my last post, ive rebuilt the motor and painted it. i still got some stuff to do as far as paint goes but this is how it sits now.

yea i like the silver to. it was extremely hard to paint tho lol. ill post some pics tonight when i get home. it runs pretty decent. this is the first motor ive rebuilt. i think im gonna end up putting a weber or holley on it. it wont idle and its running very rich.

Why didnt you fix that fender before you painted it?

That thing looked (prior to paint) almost identical to my 82 when I bought it 10 years ago for $700.00. It was blue then too, but mine has the 4x4 fenders and bed.
