carburetor "stumbles" after EGR removal

and i need some help/info

i just did an entire egr removal on my 82. and now i my carburetor "stumbles" when i hold the gas steady but just a little off, let off completely on the throttle, or givin it more gas, i have no problem at all. runs great, but when i hold it at a steady pace it will stumble. is there a vac line i possibly capped that didnt need capped, or one i need to hook to vacuum? or is it in my carb, its the stock aisin carb.

thanks in advance for lookin and any help/info givin. i drive it daily and it gets kinda aggravting for it to sumble and cut out when im drivin.

Look for any loose or cracked vacuum lines and replace as needed, if there are none then the problem will probably be with the stock carb, try cleaning it with a little carb cleaner and see if that helps. When was the last time the fuel filter was replaced ?.

put your EGR back on! get some fuel economy! it's not hurting performance at all. the only thing it does is route a little exhaust flow to displace with inert gas in the combustion chamber not only to reduce combustion emps (consequently lowering nox) and also to improve cruising fuel economy
