Ok I did some reading but now I am stuck again.

1: Checked cable connection on dash cluster( good )

2: Removed cable at cluster and tcase it is clean and will manually spin(cable is good)

So now where do I go? the speedometer gear inside the tcase is obviously busted so can i replace this small part or does the tcase output housing have to be opened and parts re built?
