What kind of problems might I run into with this 83 Yota pickup?

Hey guys, Im new here and have been looking into early 80's toyota pickups for something to take 4x4ing. I found a fairly decent one here, but im a little leary of it because of the higher km's that are on the body. Motor is rebuilt though.

1983 Toyota Pick Up 4x4, reg cab, long box, 22R turbocharged, straight propane, custom aluminum bed and roll bar, motor rebuilt on 20 000kms, new front brakes, new 31" tires.

Now I talked to the guy, and he says that the body had about 320,000km's (198,838 miles) on it. What kind of problems might I run into with a truck with that high of km's?

And ya, the box is ugly as sin. Ill probably sell it for scrap, and build a flat deck lol

All the usual things...transmission being the biggest, along with rust. If the wiring's a mess you'll regret buying it, unless you enjoy wiring. Find out who did the work. Turbocharged propane sounds nice, IF it was done well...

198K is not extremely high mileage, but is about the time the engine and/or tranny could go out. Engine was done, so I'd look at the tranny, and just the overall shape of everything else. Leaking axle seals, front & rear differential, transfer case etc. Listen for noise, look for leaks and damage.
