3.0 power loss help???

i know every one calls this the 3.slow but i swear something is wrong with it. i get only about 150 miles to a tank of gas and there is no power especially under 3500 rpm. sometimes if i ease into the throttle it almost dies and then accelerates reallllly slow.

i have adjusted the tps twice
tested o2 sensor, and whatever the mass air flow meter is called, and checked the vacuum

still havent gotten any codes...i read somewhere the tps can go bad and not throw any codes but im 98% sure i have it adjusted right

the fsm says check the ect (engine coolant temp sensor) where is that?

it only has 120k and i just did the heads and timing belt
