Angry 3.0 help

it a 90 4runner 3.0 auto tps wire were cut will it hurt if they are twisted together and heat shrunk ? and have small miss at idle and when light throttle is running very rich black soot in exhaust more then normal seems to have half the power it should has new plugs wires cap rotor and getting spark to all cylinders but is running very rich around 9 to 10 mpg any ideas

i had a miss for a while too and found out i had a bad spark plug wire. try checking or changing your wires. made my mpg go back up.

just put new wires on and soldered them today still no change

Did you check at the ECU? You should make sure your soldering job did the trick.

You're going to have difficulty getting the timing set right if you don't have a good working TPS and a good signal/s to the ECU. No way of getting around it. If you don't check those things, you'll be chasing your tail. Just a suggestion.....
