Mikeys 87 Yota 21RU Swap =)

So About two months ago while driving my truck began a back fire and then start to make funny noises in the motor then all of a sudden BOOM smoke started coming from the motor and embarassment started to kick in ( broke down leaving school ) So for the past few months ive been trying to figure out what to do...

1) Go With a 22r or 22re
2) Go With either a 5mge or 7mge supra motor
3) Go With a SBC Engine

Decided to go with a 283 sbc with either a 350th or 700r4 tranny, I decided to do that because ive never seen a person do this swap in a 2wd without a lift and i going to attempt that challange lol. but anyways i got a quick question though since i have a 2wd do i have to shorten the driveshaft or buy a special yoke thanks

Just the inside grant steering wheel and hurst shifter
Just a side view of the yota
You Dont See alot of these around lol First day
