From what I saw on Ebay, the JDM corners are only one bulb.

I'm not exactly sure which markets got what, but there seems to be at least 3 variations:
Australia got orange stick-out turn singles using two globes.
The US got a flat assembly with only one globe for low-beams.
You can apparently get clear corners that are flat, and others that stick-out, but I believe they all have 1 globe only.

I would suggest you check back on all the clear corner threads and see what other people have got...

If you do happen to find a set of JDM turn signals expect to pay big bucks and a long wait for them. Contact Jason Burtman (Jason B) on the forum, I think he is able to get JDM turn signals and aftermarket clear turn signals for your truck.

JDM one's only have one bulb, the amber part on some is only a sidemarker type protrusion. They are fairly common over here as all the 2nd gen's are JDM imports.

www.procarparts.com sells clear corners for '90-'91s for $30 but I didn't see turn signal lenses.
