all your hard steal lines will be fine. you need to loosen all the clamps the hold the lines on. the brake lines that go over the heater core inlet and out let need to go under. so you will have too remove the hoses.
if you do not have a high lift, get one. it makes it a lot easier to lift the body.
if you are not lifting the drive train too. You will need to remove the shifter boots or you will tare them. A temp. fix removing the shifter boots only requires a plastic trash bag and a few old T-shirts. fold the plastic trash bag over on its self many times so its just bigger then the hole in the floor. poke the shifters through the bag and then stuff the bag between the carpet and the metal floor of the cab. tare up some old T-shirts and do the same. the more layers of T-shirt you use the less sound will be able to get into the cab. here is a pic.

double check all or your wires as you slowly lift the body. there is one wire harness the goes to the rear tail lights that is easy to miss and you could over stretch it. i think that is it, there is not much to it. have fun doing it.

I have 3 inch body lift on my 94 2wd extended cab. I remember it being pretty easy to do, I didnt use the shifter extensions but I dont recall my kit coming with them in the first place. I didnt need anything for the gas tank either.
Make sure your suspension is level, i still have some rubbing on my right fender cause my torsion bars are outta wack. You also will probably end up taking the valence off as well due to rubbing. Ill add some pics of my truck and a build up thread soon.
Also they are adament in the instructions that you cannot put the kit on a yoda with power steering...well, I put it on mine and it has power steering. You will have to do some minor stuff on the steering extender and sand down a washer. At least thats what I remember...

update ! i got the body lift done last night. from start to finish it took me about 6 hours. everything was pretty much straight forward. i decided not to install the shifter extensions. I actuallly like it better with them shorter . Not to bad for 160.
