Newbie looking for lift help
Hey, first time poster, long time reader, so bear with me guys.
I just bought a Rough country 4-5 inch lift for my 1990 pickup extended cab, I have the stock wheels on the truck, but I did order some new Black Rock rims,(buy to build, it'll take three more weeks to get them) the instructions for the lift said that the rims needed 3.75" of backspacing or less for 15x8 rims, the stock rims are 15x7, would it be a bad idea to just go ahead and put the lift on with the stock wheels, or do I need to wait for them to come in??
