Hi-flo cat???

Does anyone have any experience with a hi-flo cat and aftermarket performance exhaust? I recently looked through a cat when it was off the truck and I could not believe how restrictive it was. You could barly see any light through it. There must be tons of power lost in there. I would appreciate any links or price info about some performance cats.

thanks,
Noel

This is the cat I was looking at. I read that they are the "best" ?????

I believe this one is much cheaper and it's a monolithic design:

Those guys (second link) claim up to a 10% horsepower gain. That's pretty impressive.

I guess the shady part is how they say "up to 10%", that can be anything from .05% to 10%. I am sure nobody actually gets the 10%

I guess that's wht the Super Charger is for. It's just a bigger pill, and it's a little more expensive :pat:

That's exactly what's it's for. Believe me, that pill is much easier to swallow once you drive one!
