Canuck here, its pretty steep up here at $150/ gal. With our dollars being equal in value at the moment, might drive across the border and buy it down there.

How much does a gallon of POR-15 cost in the states, roughly?

 

At best about 110 per gallon here.

 

I just bought a quart for $45, and I didn't use half of it on my lower control arms and parts of the frame.

I would think a gallon would be more than enough.
