Clutch adjustment?

Clutch adjustment?
I have never dealt with a hydraulic clutch. It seems to be getting worse trying to go into first and reverse. Is there an adjustment for these clutches or is simply a replacement in order? 84 4runner with 22r, 5-Speed manual. Fluid level is fine.
