Exclamation 88 pickup dash lights not working

on my 88 pickup, the temp-spedo-and fuel gauge lights are not working in the gauge cluster, but all the other lights in the cluster are working, any ideas what could be wrong, already checked all the fuses there good, and the dimmer switch is turned up all the way to, any tips would help, i don't think the bulbs are burned out in it, but i could be wrong, thanks

are your marker lights working?

on mine the markers and dash lights are the same fuse. Check it.

When it happened to me I replaced the fuse and pop again right way. Turned out there was a short on the front left marker wiring but really there could be a short anywhere in the marker light circut.

edit - I see you said you checked the fuses already. Try replacing it with another one just to be sure

update: ok took the dash apart and the cluster, and all the bulbs are fine, but on the contacts where the 2 bulbs sit for the spedo and fuel gauge and temp, the contacts look a little worn, could this be the problem, and i double checked all the fuses again and there fine, and the marker lights work, am i just gonna have to get a whole new cluster
