Hi there. I am doing a hg job on my 95 4runner and I just found out I have a tvv aka bvsb broken. After finding out how much this little thing cost, I am wondering if I could wait for a while. However, I have to do a smog check to register...so my question is...do I have to replace this valve before I do the smog or I can pass without it. Thank you
