weird sound... bird getting strangle!!

weird sound... bird getting strangle!!
Hi all!
Allmost new to the forum and I got a few problem with my truck but ill start with one of them
yesterday i was riding home with my 84 toyota truck 22r (my daily drive and mud beater) and he did a big backfire... in fact i've seen fire coming out of the exhaust and then he started doing some weird sound but only when the rev's going down like when changing speed. It's like the sound of tickling valve i allready had but more louder and sounding like a bird getting strangle.
i would like to make a video of it but i dont have a camera sorry!
