Wondering if there's an issue running a rear axle assembly (hub, bearing, brakes) that was on the passenger side of the truck for quite some time, to the driver's side.

Had a stud break off when I pulled the axles and this is an option. Otherwise if it would cause issues turning the opposite direction that everything has turned for the past decade I do know of a local yard that has one.

 

Yes - the brakes have sides and the ebrake attachment won't be in the right place.

you could use the old brake stuff ..

 

Not really - you'd have to press off the bearing, swap out the brake backing plate and all that jazz, then press it back together... for all that, just rebuild the proper one.

 

oh yea the lever is on the backing plate ..
