Ground strap under ignition coil

Ground strap under ignition coil
The vehicle involved is a 1988 4runner 3.0 V6.
So I was testing my ignition coil this afternoon and found an unusual ground wire. Unusual in that i had never noticed it before, and the end opposite the ground was disconnected. The strap/ wire is bolted to the body just below the ignition coil. Can somebody please tell me where the other end should be bolted? Thanks in advance!
