First offroad trip for the re-incarnated!

My air filter is still dripping... It MUST have stopped most of the water that was coming in, because it's still sopping wet. Don't mind the puddle below the air filter in the airbox... eh, I have tomorrow off. If it doesn't dry out by then I think I have an extra around here somewhere...
The blue looks better with a little brown added to it

By the way, you should post up a video of that buick. That thing was bad-ass. I have absolutely NO idea how the hell that guy went through stuff as deep as he did... Makes me think I should invest in a snorkel... and replace my spark plugs...

sweet. At the end of the video you can see the guy pulling the kid on the john deere in the background... lol.
"that's deep".... "let's see how deep this thing really is" lol. Then proceeds to bury the thing about 20 feet further up... That's a big truck to have to pull out

Here's a couple of what i'll just refer to as the aftermath... Yes the puddle is what drained out of the air filter the day after I got back, it had drained there before I flipped it over for the picture. It was pretty warm today and I didn't have a chance to take a picture of all the water that was left in the baffles in my intake (and I really believe between the baffles filling with water, and the filter filling with water really saved me rebuilding my motor). Yes those spark plugs were only used for about 8,000 miles (if even that much) and yes that black case is my toolbox, and the trail of water running down from there, well I'll just not say anything about that
Note to self... Bring a pokin stick next time and a set of waders.

Wow!'''You shoulda pdb4 you left!Sorry about swamping your socket set(and shoes) when I freaked and goosed it in the middle of that hole. You owe me one.I let the boys pick up the canker sisters and go back out mudding, they had a ball. Then I made em wash the truck.when I checked it this morning and it was still packed with mud under the hood, the frame ,the roll bar.the bed...told em to make it right or no more canker sister action...Ill see tomorrow morning how they did.

lol like I said man, no worries at all. Those are my cheap sockets
Some new sparkler plugs, a new air filter, some time disassembling and draining all my intake pipes and she's runnin good again. Was gonna change the oil too, but the dipstick is still showing nice clean oil so I'll just go with it.
Here's one for ya... you think your engine's dirty... at least my beer and magnetic tray are clean
