Supra AFM swap questions

I did a search, and it seems there is some confusion about exactly what AFM part no. is need for a swap. I have a '94 22RE pickup and I'm interested in doing the swap, but need to know the best way to get there.

I have a buddy with a 80's Supra parts car, so what would I need to check about the AFM to see that it'll work?

What gains should I expect to see?

if you want plug and play you have to get one from an 82 i think.

i find it hard to believe that you searched and didnt find any info on the stuff youre asking
