if anybody can help...i just ordered the rear 99 tall coils online and got an email back asking me to provide vin#. i have a 97 2wd so im not going to give them my vin#. any ideas on how to get around this. im sure they are trying to verify that the springs are factory matched. somehow i need to give them a vin#. anybody without a 99 order the springs and how did you get thru it????
so do all 99 limited 4wd 4runners have these tall coils so i must provide a vin# for one of those??

 

no, not all '99s had the tall coils.. Just email them back and tell them it's an upgrade for you and that it's not your original setup. Explain to them what the tall 99 coils do.
