Have you done any trouble shooting? Spark? Compression Test?

My first reaction to your headline was "because you have a V10 Ford?"

Well sounds like its flooding something fierce. I would figure out why you have weak spark. Considering the age of the vehicle and being new to you, I would start by replacing the plugs wires cap and rotor.

Did the vehicle run when you first got it?

Next thing I would do is check it for codes and report back here!

That happened to me about a year ago. Filled my entire manifold up with fuel. Did it to me twice and then never again. I hate intermetant problems. Not quite sure why Toyota added a seperate injector for cold start when making the other ones richer till warm would work.
