so i just picked up a 92 4runner sr5 and it seems to be lacking power it only has 90k miles on it, ive done a complete tune up changed all fluids and it ran pretty good for a coule of days but now it feels like its laggin again does anyone know what this is? also i want to put bigger tires on it and maybe a lift later. my second question is how big of a tire can i fit without a lift and how big of a lift can i do without much major mods im kinda of in a budget
