EFI fuse keeps blowing

Have a 92 PU with the 22RE and a five speed. As soon as you turn on the key it pops the EFI fuse. I only have a haynes manual on this one and it looks like it goes from the fuse to the ECM but I don't know where it goes from there anybody have a clue? Isn't there a relay in there someplace. What does the EFI fuse feed? Injectors I don't have a clue but it definitely is not happy. So could somebody point me in the right direction?

Did a search and found that as a common problem but I already looked at the O2 wires and could find no problems. So I will look elsewhere, but thanks for the suggestion.

hmm well my mate and i also had a problem of his 1995 sr5 3.0 4x4 4runner it would also pop the fuse after turning the key and i traced the wires from the fuel pump and found nothing but for some reason it made the starter go bad, i replaced the starter and it stopped thinking maybe a wire was touching or something, i don't know if this helps and sounds stupid but look around the starter might help.
