i need help a buddy of mine has a 2002 toyota tacoma trd the 4wd acuator has gone bad was wondering if there is any way to convert of replace the t-case back to manual shift from 4wd to 2wd. the dealer wants a 1000 dollars for the acuator so any help would be great

 

Pull one out of a junkyard, look on the classifieds here for a truck being parted out, or maybe craigslist.

 

i think i did find one in a junk yard but i guess there are three different ones so i have to find out which one he has
