Wrecked my truck

Well last night we got slammed with a foot of snow in a matter of 4 hours. I was on my way to go plowing, and went under a bridge on the highway. On top of the bridge were 6 state highway plows, sitting there while the road had 3-4 inches on it. I hit a patch of snow pack/ice under the bridge and smoked a guardrail. I was only doing 35 in 4wd, people were blowing by me the whole time.

I will post pics tomorrow when I have the chance while it's light out. I need a new fender, parking light, bumper, and the front end has a lovely new shake to it, so that will be getting done over too. I think I'm going to build a custom bumper so I will do the writeup in this thread. Drive safe!

Well it's wrecked to me after I just did about $500 worth of body work to it, that exact side too... so it's a little upsetting and you look at it and think every bit of your hard work destroyed. But it's going to come back better and stronger next time I guess.
