my 79 toy has factory a/c p/s tilt colum and does any body make complete floors cause mine is gone and what paint and other options

 

What exactly is the question? Not to be rude, but clear sentences with periods, commas and questions marks make things much easier to understand...

Usually people go to a junkyard and cut out sheet metal from another vehicle to weld into the floorboards if they've rusted out. Are you looking for new ac and ps tilt column or just letting us know you have them?

 

i have them just i was wondering if that is rare and how do you decode the vin plate and where is it located on the truck for the options list

I remember seeing something that decoded the VIN somewhere online...I'll try searching for it. You can do the same. Google will show you a LOT.
