Stock Rear Spring Hanger Bolts

Stock Rear Spring Hanger Bolts
So I am installing my new craigslist find lift springs on my 1982 4x4 long bed and I could not get the bolt out of the rear spring hanger. So I took the grinder and cut off wheel and chopped the bolt out 
now I have big hole in the hanger from the od pin thing. The image below is not mine and I am not putting on new hangers it is just for reference. Do I need to go to toyota dealer to get new bolts or what?
Please send me the links to spring installs becasue I could not find any.

auto zone can get them for like $28 http://www.autozone.com/autozone/cat...&parentId=46-0 or I have a couple extra if your interested or you can get some 18 mm bolt and the plate comes apart from the pin and replace the pin with the bolt
