In my case OEM or are aftermarket headlights good enough?

I have a 2000 Runner which has the better headlights and I'm going to open them up and put projectors in them. My only problem is my left head light has a chip in the glass. I feel uncomfortable about putting it in the oven fearing it might crack even more, or just flat out shatter in the oven. I've been on the hunt for a new one(along with everyone else) and haven't had any luck. I know you can buy "OEM replacements" and run of the mill aftermarket headlights. Both of these are on Ebay and are aftermarket headlights.

My question is are these head lights good for my needs? Reason I ask if because all of the reviews I've seen on here is either water leakage, bad beam pattern and horrible fitment. Beam pattern... tell me if I'm right, but I don't think that will effect me since I'm putting projectors in? Water leakage... again I'm going to be the one resealing it so I don't know if that would effect me. Last fitment... theres nothing I can do about that. Also will these be ok in the oven like you would do with OEM lights? So with all that being said if you were in my shoes would you go with one of these aftermarket lights?
