Idling Rough?

My 22re is idling at 1000 RPM when warm, is this too high? I know it is supposed to be around 750-800, but will it matter if its at 1000? I have tried to adjust the idling screw, but it is all the way down! What is the cause of this????
I will be cleaning my throttle body out on Wednesday, to see if that helps. If cleaning my throttle body doesnt help, I plan on doing the plugs, seafoam, and a possible valve adjustment. Any Ideas? I would really like to know why my idle adjustment screw is turned all the way down, and I am still idling at 1000RPM?? Could this be a timing issue? I had to replace my alternator a few months ago due to driving through a swamp, and I was wondering if not adjusting the timing on my belt could throw the idle off?

Any Ideas???

i need to raise my idle.
Darn thing idles at around 700, and it shakes the whole truck, lol.

Belts don't have timing, they're just belts.
The timing is all internal on the 22R/E, and the outer belts only spin the water pump, alternator, and PS/pump and AC compressor

If it shakes at 700, check the hose from the throttle body to the air regulator. They tend to get hard and crack and let extra air leak in. The hose is on the left side of the throttle body. If it's ok, check the injector seals. Spray some carb cleaner at the base of each injector and see if it revs up.
