94 4x4 vibrates under engine decel in 2nd and in 4th around 40

hey guys, just got my pickup on the road, changed clutch, and put new u joint in. When i took the rear driveshaft out i did not mark it, now i have vibrations under engine deceleration going into second while downshifting, and when under decel in 4th using engine braking. This clutch is not broken in yet, and i dont know if this would affect the vibrations or not. The vibration are not bone jarring, just annoying. Otherwise the truck drives fine. On another note, its worse when going into second, and does not vibrate when i put it in neutral......thanks for any answers you guys can give....

I am having a similar problem did you ever get yours solved? Put in a new clutch I didn’t bother to mark the drive shaft either and in forth gear the whole dash shakes let off the gas vibration stops only notice a vibration in 3rd and 4th gear though.

Remove the driveshaft and drive in front wheel drive (4Hi). If the vibrations go away, you know it's your U-joint or your driveshaft.

Did that last night and the vibration improved about 90% do you know how often the double cardan joint should be rebuilt I have 319,000 miles and it’s never been done. I replaced the u-joint at the differential about 10 months ago.
