Will this fit 03 4runner and work with steering wheel controls and work with the controls that are factory?

or is their something better without spending a bunch of money.. that has bluetooth/ navi(optional)/ aux jack? Or would I be better off get an 05 and up?

I just received mine from the ebay store I listed and it came extremely fast and it was just as they described. I've yet to install it though.
