3RZFE Valve Adjustment - Need advice from Toronto area members

I currently have 300K KM on my 2.7l motor and I think it is long over due for a valve readjustment. I was going to do the job myself but upon reading the instructions I realized the job may be a bit outside of my expertise. I was wondering if any Toronto area members have recommendations for any shops that would be able to do the job properly and for a reasonable price. Thanks in advance.

If you don't mind me asking, where were you reading the instructions?
I would like to do mine@136K/ or as soon as it warms up a bit as a spring tune up.
