97 4Runner Manual Trans leak

97 4Runner Manual Trans leak
I've got a 97 4Runner with a manual transmission. Lately, I've seen gear oil on the outside of the transmission case and notice small drops on the garage floor. Before I start efforts to locate the source of the leak, does anyone have experience or ideas to share?
