Also worth mentioning is the new seal out from Bobby Long that replaces the 3 piece seals http://www.longfieldsuperaxles.com/ half way down.

I'll have a set in the next axle I build, just to see what's up with them. Be nice if they came already pressed into the steering arms and you could just get them in the high steer kit.

I wish I would have seen these 3 weeks ago, I would have waited on my knuckle rebuild, and spend a few more $ on this set up.

the longfield seals looks good.. the trunion bearings I'll have to wait till the new set sitting in the garage go bad..

anyone have much experiance with these seals yet? my OEMs leak like crazy.
i put a set of trail-gears Rock-Ring Knuckle Felt Protectors, and it didnt seem to help much:/ though they are beefier now.

The Trunion eliminator requires grease almost daily for onroad use.
Just keep that in mind.
