1993 t100 interchangeable rear end

can you put a rear end of a different toyota in a 93 t100

Assuming you have the 93 t100 housing.....then 95+ Tacoma, 00+ tundra, 01+ Sequoia, and 93+ T100 will fit. Of course, be sure you verify ratio.

the T100 axle is much wider than what you have now, as well as having spring perches in the wrong place. They are also known for cracked spring perches, a problem you likely don't want to have to deal with.

that is what i have is a 1993 t100. just trying to find out if i could put the whole rear axle of another truck on mine. thanks

Sorry, forgot to read the thread again.

Yes, you can just swap the entire assembly, as long as you verify ratio first. If the donor truck matches your trucks ratio, then its a super easy swap. Just unbolt the axle from the leaf springs and unhook the brakes, then swap-a-roo!
