Tire fitment question

Hi, I am looking at some H3 wheels and tires. I think they are 265/75/16 and the wheels are 7.5w and have a 5.75 backspacing. The back spacing is the only thing that worries me. I worked the math on the tires and in inches they are 32x1050 16. I really dont like the offset but they are nice wheels and the tires are brand new and its a pretty good deal. Thoughts?

Probably have to put some wheel spacers on there, stock backspacing is about 4.75" and much more than that and your tires hit stuff:

I just took some measurements and the only thing that I am worried about is the steering rods. Everything else is well out of the way.
