Mega Weird Clutch/trans

I have a '94 Totyota Pickup 4x4 SR5. 5speed Manual. Nothing aftermarket. I got in, started it up. Wiggled the shifter to nutral. After it warmed up, put into reverse. When I applied the clutch it made a funny humming sound. Grinded into reverse, then cluncked and the whole truck shifted back. Thinking I was just being a newb and didnt match it correctly i just shruged it off. However when I went in reverse it makes this really loud grinding, humm, clanking sound. I threw into first gear to drive back into the driveway and same thing. Horrible sound. Sitting in the driveway I was testing it and every gear, w/ the e-brake on. Hoping it would go away.

Now for the life of me I cant think of what this could be. I have replaced clutches before, bit of a car guy. But I am stummped. Clutch master has fluid, the slave is working fine, clutch pedal is not broken or loose. Another weird thing is the smell. Now we all know the smell of burnt clutch. But this smell is like bad garbage. Literally. Its a funk of a smell. It goes into all gears, the clutch engages and disengages. But when your in gear and let off to drive. "BAM" horrible sounds come from the trans. area.

I'm hope that someone may have encountered this. Or someone to point me in the right direction. Please help.

230k original motor and trans. Clutch was replaced around 145k.
