1982 2WD Pickup thumping noise & feel when braking

1982 2WD Toyota Pickup has a thumping noise and feeling about the front passenger wheel when braking on rough surface. Seems to happen more when braking during a turn at moderate speeds. Also, can make it happen repeatedly when I brake hard at slow speed, let up, let the truck learch forward a few inches, brake hard, repeat.

Not sure if this is shocks, upper & lower control arm bushings or upper & lower ball joints. finding it very hard to diagnose but seems it has be one of those three things.

I replaced all front wheel bearings and turned the rotors. Still got the problem...

Check the frame for any cracks, or anything unusually back there.

Turned out to be upper control arm bushings. new bushings, got the alignment redone and good for the going!
