Downey cam info

Downey cam info
I just got a 93 pickup with a 22re and the PO installed a downey cam.
The reciept says
part#135118 - CAM - $220
93 P/U 4WD 4CYL
I dont have any other information and im wondering
-information about downey cams (so I can index it)
-if downey has any advance already added in to there cam/ should I add some cam timing to increase acceleration and lower top speed.
-how much I should advance the cam timing for optimum performance/acceleration
