rear window issue on 1st gen runner

so I took my top off about amonth ago and put it back on yesterday and went to roll the window up and it doesnt work anymore. I unpluged the motor and jumped it and it works. So my qestion is is there a fuse or something for the back window?

There is one bolt that goes into the bed that secures the top thats special. This one bolt completes a circut that tells the truck that the top is on and the window is allowed to work.

Did you make sure you put all the bolts back in their original spot?

all but the 2 that are broken off. Plus I rolled the window up when the top was off in order to bang out a dent so i know that the top in my case doesn't matter. but just for kicks do you know which bolt it is?
