Driveshaft lubing help needed

Hey guys I have a 2000 Limited 4runner 4x4. I keep getting the common problem of thumping/jerking at a stop and I see that most people solve this by lubing the driveshaft. However I also have a thump/jerk if I go over a length of rolling road it feels like something underneat my seat is hitting the undercarriage. Is this also a symptom of the driveshaft needing lubed?? Also I took my grease gun and tried to lube the zerks but i could only get maybe 4 of them I am afraid to over pump the slip yokes because then the grease cannot escape and I had problems forcing grease into the u-joint zerks it would just ooze out around instead of goiing into the zerk. If anyone can help me or guide me it would help alot.

So your thumping and jerking while sitting still, or while coming to a stop?

Just clean off your zerk fittings and push on the grease gun harder and then pump there guts full of grease. Also the slip yoke i'd just pump some into.

I get the thump/jerk in 2 different situations. I get it as I'm coming to a stop and I let off the brakes and also if I drive over a rolling pice of road it feels like something is thumping sort of the same feeling when I let off the brakes. I tried to make the u-joints move by hand and they all seemed tight.

"i could only get maybe 4 of them"

I need to use a needle greaser attachment to get one of my driveline zerks, the rest I can get with the normal zerk fitting attachment.

I've checked the u-joints by getting underneath and grabbing the driveshaft by both hands and rocking it to check for looseness but when I did that everything seemed tight
